CleverShade are the original octagonal awnings, firstly designed and manufactured in 1993. Our primary design considerations consist of strength, usability, style, size and weight.

On average our products are wind rated up to 40km/h without ropes or poles, made with no-fade European acrylic canvas on an exceedingly strong powder coated aluminium frame as standard. 30 years on and CleverShade is STILL the lightest wrap-around awning on the market!

The original 270 degree shape was recognised and patented by IP Australia and although there are many more brands on the market today than 30 years ago, rather than joining the race to the bottom on price, we have led the industry to the top on quality through investments in our manufacturing processes and design.
